5 Things I Personally Do To Grow My Network Marketing Business!

 

 1.  Make a decision to become a Network Marketing professional

“Professional” defined:  “(of a person) engaged in a specified activity as one’s main paid occupation rather than as a pastime.”

What exactly does this mean?  This means that it becomes your life and not a spare time gig.

Walk and talk your business on a daily basis.  Become the professional that this industry calls for.

2.  Get committed to the process of building your Network Marketing business

Prospect, Invite, Present, and Follow-up

These are the simple fundamentals that one has to execute on a daily basis.

Don’t get too hung up on the “ups and downs” in this profession; and don’t get attached to the outcome of the process.  Many will say “NO” to your opportunity and some will say “Yes” and even then, some of those who agreed to come on board will eventually quit.

The emotional swings WILL come.  It’s not a matter of “If” but, “when”.

3.  Be consistent

There’s nothing worse than hitting and missing in any kind of activity.  So why would anyone conduct their Network Marketing business in the same fashion.  Be consistent in executing the fundamentals.  Be reliable when  people look to you for advice or are reading or watching your content.  Understand this, people ARE watching and observing you whether you fully realize it or not. So try your dead level best to always be consistent.

4.  Become committed to personal growth

Remember, people follow strength, not weakness.  And the only way you’ll maintain that strength mindset is by exposing yourself to growth producing material on a daily basis.  The internet is chock-full of resources that you can watch (Youtube), read (blogs), and study in regards to Network Marketing.

5.  Allow people to FEEL your energy

When talking to someone about your business or opportunity does the other person feel your confidence, passion, and excitement.  Remember, people can sense your confidence or the lack thereof when you’re trying to convey your message.  People can sense immediately whether your a “shaker and mover” or someone who is uncertain about what they’re doing.  Develop a powerful sense of energy about you when it comes to your Network Marketing business and see your team grow.

The Reason Why People Quit!

The Basic Reason Why People Quit This Amazing Profession

It’s a sad thing to see so many people join our amazing profession of Network Marketing only to find themselves quitting.

They come in with the preconceived notion that it’s going to be a “walk in the park” and that they’ll just talk to a few friends with the assumption that they’ll be more than happy to join their new business project.

However, that is very seldom the case.  What usually happens when approaching friends and loved ones is you get this critical reception of, “that’s a pyramid scheme” or, the well renown “that’s a scam”.  After a succession of such mockery, the idea of ever becoming successful at their new found business suddenly becomes a “bad idea”.

Here’s the true essence of their failure.  They’ve only spoken to a few friends who were the wrong prospects.

Remember this:  your success in your network marketing business will be in direct proportion to the number of people you decide to talk to.  This amazing profession is a numbers proposition.  If you’re not willing to reach out to tons of people, your business will never see the geometric progression that it’s capable of. 

Allow me to ask you these 3 questions:

  1.  “How many people have you spoken to today about your business opportunity or products?”.
  2.   “How many people did you speak to yesterday about your business opportunity or products?”.
  3.   “How many people do you plan on speaking to tomorrow about your business opportunity or products?”.

If you have not at the least spoken to 100 people and at the least received 100 no’s, you quitting your business is premature.  You are not giving yourself ample time to see the growth that is ONLY possible if you decide to stick it out and forge forward. 

Do yourself a favor.  Give yourself time to grow your mindset along with the skill sets that are necessary in building this type of business. 

Have faith in your abilities.  But more importantly, have faith in your dreams.

You can do it.  I believe in you.

If you haven’t started implementing video marketing because of fear, it’s time to get over that because the future is here.  According to studies, 64% of marketers will be relying heavily on video marketing in the near future to dominate their particular space.  And quite frankly, I can see why that is.  90% of consumers would rather watch a video than read content through text.

The future is here.  Content marketing through video is where it’s at.  Every month YouTube caters to more than one billion viewers.  Obviously, video has a broader reach than any other type of medium.  It only makes sense that, every marketer should be utilizing this avenue to capture a part of that large market.

In an age of information overload, it’s important to offer content that can easily be digested by consumers; besides the fact that videos are naturally engaging.

 

The Enemy of Video Creation……….FEAR.

Attention marketer……….it’s time for you to step out of your comfort or fear zone and begin to think seriously about creating content through video marketing.  I’m quite aware that this can be a very daunting experience for some, but if you are to have a piece of the “pie” you’re going to have to get over your fear quickly.

There is always going to be a learning curve in any new undertaking.  Begin now to develop the necessary skillset in video marketing so that you can take your business to an entirely different and higher level.

Do it now!  Why?

Because I believe you CAN!

The Necessity of Posture in Network Marketing

Most Network Marketing Neophytes come into network marketing with the idea of setting the world on fire, which in a sense is an amazing goal.  However, reality is, if one has never been in our particular industry of Direct Sales, it’s going to be difficult for one to attain such feat if he has not learned a certain skillset(s).

As in every new undertaking, including Multi-level Marketing, there will always be a necessary learning curve.  Marketing skillsets will need to be developed if one is to be successful.

One of the essential skillset needed is POSTURE.

Posture in Network Marketing and How To Get It

If you have not yet acquired the skillset of POSTURE, here are some tips on how to get it:

  • Follow a particular leader in the industry whom you would like to imitate (Remember:  Success leaves clues).
  • Begin to read and study personal development materials in the area of leadership and be urgent about implementing the concepts you learn.
  • Surround yourself with people who have the same mindset of building an MLM business.
  • Continually watch the success stories (many of them on Youtube) of those in your particular company

The Temptation In Our Industry

As we peruse the internet we no doubt will come across many other seductive opportunities that will seem to be more promising than the opportunity you are currently building.

The compensation plan will seem more promising, the leadership, the products, and the opportunity as a whole will seem to be calling your name saying, “join me!”.

Here’s the catch, if you’re not fully convinced or committed to what you’re currently building, you WILL be sucked in. It’ll just be a matter of time.

However, if what you’re in right now never had a grasp on you to begin with, then may be you should consider getting into a program that fully sweeps you off your feet.

In the meantime, continue watching uplifting videos of your company, read material  pertaining to your company and industry, revisit testimonials of success stories regarding your particular company.

The Promise Of Our Industry

Remember, the system and modality of Network Marketing is effective, IF you are willing to “roll up your sleeves” and get to work.

If there are successful people in your particular opportunity, then there should be no question as to why you can’t be successful as well.

Our industry is not a “get rich scheme”, contrary to what naysayers often spout.

It is not an overnight gig where you get in and find yourself wealthy the next day.

It actually takes WORK, and LOTS of it.

However, if you are willing to “stick to your guns”, and commit long-term, and put in the necessary work as if you’re building an actual business, because you are, you’ll eventually get to where you want to be.

So, in conclusion, are you going to work your PRIMARY business like there’s no tomorrow, OR, are you going to continue to jump from one opportunity to the next, and the next, yada, yada, yada.  I believe you get what I’m getting at.

Make a decision, and do it quick.

If you are truly trying to live your life above mediocrity and are doing your dead level best in taking your life a few notches higher.

Then, this article is directly written and intended for you.

As a human being trying to be somebody, I celebrate you as a person because you truly are the hero on the “movie screen” of your life.

With you, there is no “Cut!”.

There’s only light, camera, action!

And what you get is pure action.

There are no props.  No background music (apart from the nervous beating of your own heart).  No doubles.  No explosions.

It’s all entirely YOU.

You are both director and actor.

You are living on “screen”, day-by-day, hour-by-hour, minute-by-minute.  No rehearsals and definitely no retakes.

I may not know you personally, but one thing I do know.  Your are on the stage of your life trying to make a difference and for that I extend you kudos.

Having decided to make a commitment to the Network Marketing arena it has already recognized you as the “starring” character.

You’ve written and studied your scripts.  You’ve implemented them into your prospecting efforts.  When people said NO, you revised and improved them.

When people laughed and mocked you, you studied more personal development material.

When you felt exhausted and the temptation to quit haunted you, you continued to enliven your dreams because they are of much worth.

So, in those hours when you have the strongest inclination to quit, DON’T.

Because if you continue the course, and positively move forward one step at a time, ONE DAY, the “movie” of your life will be watched, studied, and celebrated by many upcoming Network Marketers who’ll be looking to you for inspiration and motivation.

Network Marketing – Rejection! Can You Take It?

In the area of Network Marketing, many people come and go because they join with the

preconceived idea that it’s going to be easy.  However, reality strikes hard when they

realize that “asking” and “asking” again has to become a part of their Network Marketing

spiel.  For one to succeed in network marketing, REJECTION is something they are going

to have to eliminate through personal development.

Neophytes in Network Marketing are afraid to ASK for fear of looking foolish and

stupid.  But they’re MOSTLY afraid of experiencing rejection.  If one is not willing to face

rejection, or is not willing to out grow it, then this industry is not for them.

Understand that, one has nothing to lose and everything to gain by asking.  It’s been

said that, F.E.A.R is:  False Evidence Appearing Real.  Rejection is nothing but a ‘state of

mind’.  You won’t get hurt by asking then being rejected.  Have the courage to get pass this

“obstacle”.
